Thursday September 5th, we went to the best
Gelateria in Viterbo and had a tasting.
There are so many different flavors it makes it hard to decide what to
get. One girl had a brilliant Idea
to do a gelato crawl before we leave so we can try every flavor. After the tasting we were lucky enough
to go in the back of the shop and watch them make it. It inspired me to try making it at home, if only I had an
ice cream maker here.
